"Cashflow" (who just mashed up the whole the whole dancehall community with their "Better life" riddim) lately re-released the womba riddim which dem first released in 2007.
On the first edition, you had Spragga, Sojah, Peppa, Delly Ranx and D'Angel.
And it used to go so...
On the second edition, you have Bramma, Red Rat, RDX, Sojah with a different tune, Peppa with the same one and some other artists...

There are at least two reasons why I 'm posting da riddim yah. First of all it's because my girl cyaan help singing Gyptian's tune all day long, she loves it (and me love it too). The second reason is dat Zionomi (the artist me did a talk bout pon my last post) also have a tune pon dat "hold yuh" riddim. As far as I know, only the Gyptian's song is an original. It was recorded a while ago on Ricky Blaze's record label F.U,M.G. I think he did mek the riddim himself.
Latest news. Here comes di brand new Shane Brown's production. This riddim is a relick of the famous Supercat's hit "Boops" riddim. It's a tribute to the legendary reggae producer Steelie who passed away lately. All tunes bad pon dah one deh. By the way, merry Christmas to all dreadlocks...even to those who dash a fire pon Santa Claus. Kick it off!
A very good jamaican friend of mine done tell mi sey almost EVERYBODY in Jamaica on Kartel nuh!!!!!!!!! I think he was right... Yow, me know seh is a long time da riddim yah released, but still me haffi promote it again and again. King Robert's "Jah Live" riddim has been played back by Dean Fraser and co for his wicked label Cannon. And you have nuff artists pon it (Glenn Washington, Tarrus, Luciano, ...). But, to me, amongst all dem tunes, there are 3 singers/band that litterally rip up the place: First you have of course Duane Stephenson ( long time big tune!), then the Guyanese combo First Born, and last but not least, the Mighty crooner Mikey Spice. Jus pree dem nuh...
Duane Stephenson-August Town
First Born-Not Afraid
... me cyaan find the Mikey Spice tune ("I Cry U Cry") on the tube, too bloodfire!!!! Jus go buy the CD then, you greedy no life...
